Rendezvous Dance 1948 in Daniel

Square dancing on Highway 189 at Daniel in 1948. The Green River Rendezvous Pageant was held in Daniel from 1936 to 1956. Because it was a flat and compact surface, the highway was often closed following the pageant to hold a dance. Try getting a permit for that today.
