Chuckwagon Days Rodeo

The 2020 Chuckwagon Days Rodeo will be a little different this year, due to COVID-19 health restrictions. The events will begin at noon at the Sublette County Fairgrounds with the Gary Espenscheid Memorial Team Roping, #11 and 5 Head Open. For entry information, call Chad at 307-231-2389.

The main rodeo will be held on Friday, July 3rd starting at 7:00PM. Events include Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Ranch Bronc, Mini Bareback (PeeWee, Junior, Senior), Mini Saddle Bronc (PeeWee, Junior, Senior), Mini Bulls, Bulls, and Open Barrels.

This year’s rodeo will be like the old days, "drive-in" style. Bring your truck and park against the arena fence or on the terraces above the arena. You will be able to hear the announcers voice over your FM radio. If you want food, please shop at local restaurants and stores and bring your own picnic lunch to share with those in your own vehicle. Please be advised the only way this rodeo can take place under current health restrictions is if people keep within their own vehicles and maintain social distancing.
