Saturdays until April 4th
by Sublette County Library
January 28, 2020
The Sublette County Library is pleased to once again offer free federal tax preparation to those who qualify*. The IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) has trained and certified local volunteers in the tax preparation processes for the tax season. Tax preparation on a first-come, first served basis will occur at the Pinedale Library Lovatt Room from 10:30 am until 1:30 pm on Saturdays from February 1st until April 4th. If you qualify, you may either bring your documents and remain present while your return is being prepared, or you may drop off your documents and return to pick up your return when it is ready.
Please note the following income limit guidelines: • Single: less than $72,000 • 2 persons: less than $82,300 • 3 persons: less than $92,600 • 4 persons: less than $103,000
Get it done early! If you've got your documents ready, there's no reason to wait. Filing now will ensure less waiting and an earlier refund. If you owe you still don't have to pay until the IRS deadline of midnight April 15th.
