Thursday, March 15, 10:00AM report: All trails above groomed this morning except for Flatline and Heart Attack. Up to one inch of very wet, new snow. It is lightly snowing now, 27F degrees. The road is not plowed - be cautious especially from Half Moon Lake turn off. Road is snow packed, slick and slushy. There is some overflow on some of the trails. Can tell where those spots are because they look brown in the trail – try to avoid those places. There is some on the lower trails: Old Road Trail from Nordic Equipment building, Half Moon Tie-In has some, and right at the start of Kelly Park trails. Today is the last day I am allowed to groom the CCC trails - if conditions permit will groom them this evening. Really appreciate those who are picking up after your pets. It really helps keep the trails clean and they will last longer.
