NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that Pinedale Aquatic Center, 535 N. Tyler Ave., Pinedale Wyoming 82941 will receive sealed Bid Proposals, from Electrical Contractors, at the Pinedale Aquatic Center (307) 749-2523 on or before 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 28, 2016, for the following project:

Luminaire Replacement for Pool, Lobby, and Gymnasium Areas
535 N. Tyler Ave.
Pinedale, WY 82941
Plans and specifications will be available Tuesday, January 19, 2016, to Electrical Contractors.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents as prepared by Nielson Engineering, Inc. Any questions during the bidding phase must be directed to Nielson Engineering, Inc., attention Michael Inskeep (mi@nielsoneng.com). All bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed bid made payable to Pinedale Aquatic Center. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price.
The Board reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all Proposals, or waive any informality in a Proposal.
