Blind Moose Photo by Dave Bell

Dave Bell: "I recently came upon this young moose and shot a lengthy series of him feeding along the New Fork River. When I got home and began processing pictures I discovered his eyes were blue--which is probably genetically impossible for a moose. After some emails with the game warden we concluded it is probably mostly or totally blind. Sad story, but the moose sure looked healthy at this stage."
