The Pinedale Hockey Association hosted a Skills and Skating Clinic last weekend at the Sublette County Ice Arena with former National Hockey League player and coach, Graeme Townshend.

Fifteen members of the Pinedale Hockey Association took advantage of this opportunity. Graeme worked with the youth hockey players on their skating techniques and puck handling skills. He also talked to the kids about how work ethic and attitude play into becoming a better hockey player. A couple of volunteer youth coaches were on hand to learn skating drills and practice techniques from Graeme that they can incorporate into their team practices to help improve player skills and habits.
