September 29, 2013
The Green River Valley Museum invites everyone to see Cat Urbigkit’s "Portraits of Pastoralism" program on Thursday, October 3rd at 7PM in the back building of the Museum. This is a traveling public art photography exhibit showing pastoralists around the globe. Cat has spent seven years developing the portfolio for this exhibit which shows various locations around the world. Pastoralists are livestock raisers, including cattle, sheep, goats and the seasonal migrations associated with raising these herds. Cat’s black & white photos for this project are now on display at the Museum.
