The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning for from 10PM Wednesday evening until 11AM Thursday for the Upper Green River Basin including the towns of Pinedale, Big Piney, La Barge, and Farson. Dangerously cold wind chill temperatures expected to develop by 10PM Wednesday evening. Wind chill values of 30 to 40 below zero expected. Frost bite, hypothermia or death will be a threat with only brief exposure to people outdoors without proper protective clothing.
