(Cheyenne) — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has announced a tentative date for the release of results from the resident elk, deer, and antelope draw and the nonresident deer and antelope draw. Results will tentatively be available on June 24. Hunters can find out whether or not they drew a license by accessing the WGFD website or calling 307-777-4600.

"We had originally anticipated having these results in early July," said Rich Reynders, Fiscal Division Chief for the WGFD. "Our new Electronic Licensing Service has allowed us to get this draw done more quickly. When people apply for licenses using our online system, it cuts down on paperwork and personnel time, and allows us to get results back to hunters earlier than ever."

This year, hunters who don’t draw a license can buy issue-after licenses in July through the WGFD website or at automated License Selling Agents in Wyoming. Tentative dates for the sale of issue-after licenses are July 7 for full price licenses and July 21 for reduced-price licenses. Check the WGFD website or call 307-777-4600 for more details.
