The Pinedale Anticline Working Group and several task groups (Water, Transportation, Socioeconomic, Cultural) will hold meetings March 17-26, 2009. Meetings are open to the public. Water Resources Task Group to meet Tuesday, March 17: 10:00 a.m. at the Pinedale BLM Field Office. The meeting agenda includes a short presentation by AMEC/GeoMatrix highlighting the Interim Groundwater/Aquifer Monitoring, Mitigation and Pollution Prevention Plan that was required by the Pinedale SEIS ROD, as well as proposed changes to the current Sampling and Analysis Plan.
NOTE MEETING DATE CORRECTION FOR THIS TASK GROUP - Cultural Task Group to meet Thursday, March 19: The PAWG Cultural Task Group will meet at 5:00 p.m. at the Pinedale BLM Field Office.
Transportation Task Group to meet Tuesday, March 24: 1:00 p.m. at the Pinedale BLM Field Office. The meeting will include a discussion of the current and future development of road, pipeline, and powerline infrastructure in the Pinedale Anticline Project Area.
Socioeconomic Task Group to meet Wednesday, March 25: 9:00 a.m. at the Pinedale BLM Field Office. The meeting agenda will include a review of the 10-year rolling projections from the Annual Planning Meeting and a discussion of how socioeconomic impacts will be calculated.
PAWG to meet Thursday, March 26: The main PAWG group will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26th at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Pinedale Field Office. PAWG continue discussions regarding the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Pinedale Anticline Project Area Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, adaptive management implementation as a result of the ROD, and updates and recommendations from resource task groups.
