UW Ozone Monitoring project goes to Big Piney High School Feb. 12

The lead researchers on a University of Wyoming ozone monitoring project in Sublette County will give presentations to students of Big Piney High School on Thursday, Feb. 12.
The high school will permit media coverage.
The scientists will also give a tour of their laboratory to the advanced students. Derek Montague, atmospheric science professor who is a recognized ozone expert and who spoke at a community forum last year, will be the main speaker. Dr. Robert Field will also be there to answer questions.
Schedule: From 8:20-9:46 a.m., Mr. Clifford's chemistry class; From 10:25-11 : 50 a.m., Freshman science class; From 12:25 - 1:50 p.m., Mr. Clifford's Advanced Chemistry class and small Physics class will tour lab in small groups.
