DEQ will hold a public hearing in Pinedale to gather comment regarding a request by EnCana Oil and Gas to modify 32 gas/condensate production facilities.

The hearing will be at Rendezvous Pointe Senior Center, on Monday, February 9th at 6:00PM.

A copy of the Notice of Public Hearing was sent by certified mail to known interested/concerned citizens. The public hearing involves 23 applications that were part of the June 9, 2008 public hearing. The permit applications and agency's analyses are available on the DEQ website after January 8, 2009.
