Earlier today, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published its 90-day finding on a petition to list the Western Sage Grouse as threatened or endangered, finding that the petition presented substantial information indicating the listing may be warranted. With today's publication, FWS initiated a status review that will be used in making that determination one way or the other.
