Growth in Pinedale

The Sublette County Commissioners hired WLC Engineering, Surveying and Planning, Inc in Pinedale to do a comprehensive development plan study for community growth goals for the towns of Pinedale, Big Piney and Marbleton.

The firm put together a steering committee of local citizens to help with input. They held an open house at the Pinedale Library on Thursday to present the Final Draft of their ideas for community character, community connections, economy, education, health and safety, infrastructure, land use, housing, transportation and services.

In the aerial photo at right of the town of Pinedale, yellow is the existing water and service area and blue shows where water and sewer expansion is possible. Sections outlined in black are future growth areas.
