Joint Planning Workshop Oct. 11

The Town of Pinedale and Sublette County Planning Commission will be holding a joint workshop on Wednesday, October 11, in Pinedale. The purpose of the joint workshop is to receive information regarding a potential development proposal for properties south of Pole Creek Road. The public is invited to attend.
This is not a public hearing. The workshop is being conducted for informational purposes only.
Unofficial information is that the proposed subdivision may be for as many as 500 new housing units south of Pinedale and will require extending Town of Pinedale sewer and water services south of town to serve the new subdivision.
The workshop will be at 7:00 pm in the Commissioner's Meeting Room in the Sublette County Courthouse, 21 S Tyler Ave.
