Pinedale skiers compete in Natrona County Ski meet

Tristan Robertson took second in men's varsity slalom (SL) at the Natrona County Ski meet in the Casper on Friday and Saturday, February 13 & 14, 2026. Dune McCartney skied to 5th in the SL, and a 3rd in the Giant Slalom (GS), Grant Carter got 8th in GS, Ellie Tolson got a 3rd in women's varsity SL and Roxy Melinkovich got 7th. The varsity men took second at the meet even with a number of falls; Varsity Women took 3rd.
Nora Davis got a 1st in the SL and 5th in the GS for JV women. Pinedale JV men’s team continues to be a dominant force in both events, with Arlo Swenson getting 2nd, Finn McGuire 3rd and Tucker Filkins 6th in the SL. In GS, Finn took 2nd, Tate Williams 3rd, and Cade Filkins 9th.
"This Pinedale team has a lot of depth, skill, and heart," Coach Wohl said. "If we can get all our skiers down with clean runs we can beat any team in the state. Looking at the All-State point standings, I expect that when we take Team Wyoming to the Western US High School Championship in March Pinedale will have one of the largest representation of athletes."
