Conservation Easements

The Sublette County Chamber of Commerce will host Latte’s & Learning Tuesday morning, July 29th, with a discussion about conservation easement. Join Emily Lucke - Elk Ridge Real Estate 7 Appraisals, and Kerry Gold - Green River Valley Program of the Jackson Hole Land Trust, for a one-hour informational session. They will define a conservation easement, talk about buying and selling protected lands, the effect of an easement on property value, and more. Free event. Coffee and muffins/bagels provided. All welcome to attend. Tuesday, 9AM to 10AM at the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane in Pinedale.
