| Title: | Fleet Mechanic |
| Description: | Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment and vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure vehicles are safe and in compliance with regulations
- Create and follow a fleet maintenance schedule
- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a service technician or fleet mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Experience with welding, soldering, and tire service is a plus
- Competitive Pay DOE
- CDL highly recommended
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
